How do I log in?
A: Go to https://portal.yuzu.health/signin and enter your email address. You will receive a one-time code via email - no password required. If you do not receive an email, your email address may not be affiliated with your group. Contact someone with access in your group to add your profile.
 
How do I add a team member to the portal?
A: Go to the main homepage > ‘Settings’ in the far left side bar > Team > ‘+ Add Members’
 
How do I get paid by Yuzu Health?
A: Membership payments are auto-remitted on the second business day of each month. Ancillary invoices are paid out within two weeks of submission, typically processed at the end of the month.
 
What do I need to do to get paid for ancillary services?
A: Email a consolidated monthly invoice to accounting@yuzu.health. Include CPT codes and descriptions where possible. Ancillaries include labs, imaging, medications, and more.
 
Where can I check member eligibility and enrollment?
A: Log into the portal and click the tab ‘Invoices.’ By clicking the ‘Breakdown’ button in the top right corner you can view and download monthly changes at the individual level.
 
How do I check historical eligibility?
A: Under “Reports,” you can access the full DPC Eligibility report for the year.
 
How do I receive enrollment updates?
A: You'll get a monthly remittance email showing active membership. You can also download an Excel file from the portal that’s compatible with Hint and Atlas for automatic updates.
 
When will I get paid?
  • Membership fees: 2nd business day of the month
  • Ancillaries: Within two weeks of submitting your monthly invoice
 
Do I need to request payments from Yuzu?
A: No. All payments are pushed to you via ACH. There are no pull requests or credit card transaction fees.
 
What do I need to do to get started?
A: Send a list of team emails that need portal access, including who should receive remittance emails.
